Rainbow Fruit Cup

Ingredients:
Mango – 1 big size
Apple – 2
Chikku – 3big size
Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
Eatable colour green – 1/4 tsp
Strawberry crush – 2 tbsp
Fresh cream – 50 gm
Icing sugar – 1 tbsp
Mix fruit essence – 2 to 3 drops
For decoration
Cherry , strawberry or kiwi

Method:
Peel off the mango, apple and chikku, and cut in to pieces in separate plates. Now put the mango pieces in a blender and make a pulp, like this make the pulp of all the remaining fruits.

Now add 2 tsp fresh cream in all this pulp. And in the pulp of apple add lemon juice and eatable green colour. Now place all the pulp in freezer and cool the remaining cream and add icing sugar and essence in the cream and blend it till it becomes thick.

Now take a long cocktail glass and first add chikku pulp and then add apple pulp and spread it slowly with the help of spoon. Add the mango pulp in the top and add a thin layer of strawberry crush and fill the glass with cream on top of that.

Decorate the border of the glass with slice of strawberry or kiwi and add cherry in the centre and your delicious rainbow fruit cup is ready to serve enjoy it!

Aam Ka Panna

Ingredients:
Raw mangoes – 2kg
Water – 4litres
Sugar – 250gms
Black salt – 50gms
Roasted cumin seeds – 10gms

Method:
Peel mangoes and dice them. Put sugar, water and the mangoes in a thick bottom pan and bring to a boil. simmer on flame till mangoes are soft and mussy. Blend the mixture together and strain through a fine strainer. Add the black salt and cumin powder. Dilute with chilled water and serve with ice cubes and lime.

Milk Shake

Ingredients:
Milk with out boil – 1cup
Fresh cream – 2tbsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Ice – as per needs
Pulp – 1/2 cup of your choice (chikku, mango, custard apple,etc.)
Method:
Add all the ingredients in the blender and mix well. Milk shake is ready! now serve this shake with vanilla ice- cream as per your choice. Instead of pulp you can add colour, essence, also chocolate powder in the milk shake. So try and have a fun.

Mint Masti

Ingredients:
Mint leaves (pudina) – 10 to 12leaves
Sugar – 2tsp
Lemon juice- 1tsp
Ginger juice – 1/2 tsp
Pinch of salt
Pinch of white pepper powder
Limca (cold drink) – 1

Method:
Crush the mint leaves in a blender and put in the glass. Add all the other ingredients in the glass and mix well with the spoon and serve immediately. Have mint masti but don’t do masti ! Enjoy yourself.

Cocktail Punch

Ingredients:
Chilled pineapple juice-1/4 cup
Chilled orange juice -1/4 cup
Chilled mango juice -1/4 cup
Strawberry crush – 2tbsp
Vanilla ice-cream – 1/4 cup
Soda water – 1/4 cup

Method:
Mix strawberry crush and vanilla ice-cream with pineapple, orange and mango juice and put in the blender and mix well, after few minutes add soda and run the blender again for few minutes. Serve immediately your cocktail punch is ready enjoy it.

Soda Fountain

Ingredients:
vanilla ice-cream – 1 scoop
rose syrup – 2tbsp
soda water – 1 bottle

Method:
Take one big tall glass, add vanilla ice-cream and rose syrup in that glass and mix well with spoon. Now add some soda water, you will find the foam coming up in that glass so serve immediately. After eating the foam from that glass add the remaining soda and fill the glass again n enjoy it. !

Note:
In this cold drink you can add syrup of your choice instead of rose syrup.
